Capabilities & Services Engineering – leave space for 3 pictures At SafBon Water Technology we retain discipline-oriented engineering teams of scientists and professional engineers who efficiently implement innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet industry demands. We have proudly assembled an international team of talent and experience in the fields of mechanical, process, I&C, and electrical engineering. The quality and quantity of our engineers sets us apart from other equipment suppliers and allows us to prevail at projects of ever increasing size and complexity. The drafting of all mechanical equipment is conducted in a 3D environment to shorten design cycles, improve the quality of deliverables, and ensure the smooth phase transition from conception to construction. In addition to our proficient mechanical design practices, we have invested in developing our own experts in process engineering and plant control. These individuals allow us the flexibility to follow unique project-based specifications and convenient customization at the request of our clients. Field Services – leave space for 2-3 pictures Put a button to contact field services, email & phone Andrew Fuller, field services manager 813-335-5674 Supporting our clients in the successful commissioning and long term operation of their plants is critical. Plant start up services and aftermarket warranty claims are facilitated by the SafBon Water Technology (SWT) field services department. This group of highly experienced and seasoned engineers and technicians are dispatched worldwide to put into operation our systems and ensure they remain in good service. The services rendered by this group include: ? Start-up and commissioning of our supplied systems ? Supervision of or direct installation of equipment or membranes ? On site testing and integrated system start-up ? Equipment Service (if service agreement contracted) ? Training of personnel upon startup or refresher training ? Warranty service, where required ? After sales services (i.e. system troubleshooting, repairs, spare parts, membrane cleaning) Our field service team is highly skilled to execute the full supervision of plant equipment erection, engage in pre-start-up activities, test and calibrate instrumentation, interface with contactors to integrate other equipment thereby facilitating a complete plant start-up. In addition, the SWT I&C engineers support on-site logic changes and PLC programming, which expedites resolving any issues related to start-up and service activities, when required. All field service related enquiries are routed through the Field Service Department Head, who will open lines of communication to effectively address the client’s needs and requests. We make it a priority to meet and exceed our client’s expectations during start-up and commissioning and assist them with issues during the warranty period. SWT recognizes that the systems we provide serve a vital function to our clients. The systems we design and supply are intended for continuous operation so having our knowledgeable field service technicians and engineers accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is a must. For that reason we always have a field service engineer available and on call. The field service technician on call can help answer operational questions, identify alarms and help guide the plant operator through other plant issues as well as schedule a trip to site if required[CC1]. Piloting (2-3 pictures) maybe a drawings as jpeg As clients start to explore water reuse or tap lower quality water sources there is a greater need to pilot systems to set full scale designs and most importantly ensure a high quality, consistent feed water is produced. SafBon Water Technology (SWT) has designed and built numerous small scale plants to be used by various entities for piloting and demonstration. We know the importance of having reliable equipment that log data, run continuously and simulate full scale operations. These systems have been designed for ease of operation, flexibility and maximum data collection. * Seawater and brackish reverse osmosis and nanofiltration pilot skids * [DT2]Micro and ultrafiltration multiple module, universal pilot skids * Flat sheet and ceramic module ultrafiltration test skids * Containerized or trailer mounted design options * Variours physical and chemical treatment systems All systems are custom engineered and are available for purchase or lease (when available). They are skid mounted for easy shipping and there is the option of having the system completely trailer mounted. The pilot experts at SWT assist our clients not only with the equipment design but also with the pilot protocol, setting pilot parameters, data collection guidelines and pilot operating conditions. We also provide small scale systems for all pre and post treatment processes as well as chemical feed and cleaning systems. Based on the raw water characteristics and the required product water quality, SWT can design the correct components for the pilot. Interpreting data collected from the pilot is another key area SWT engineers assist in the pilot and demonstration process. Our experst can help organize, chart the data, and make recommendations for future tests or parameter changes and most importantly transfer the knowledge learned to a full scale system design. Retrofits, Plant Upgrades and Expansions Industries and public entities are dealing with aging equipment and infrastructure across the globe. Technology and efficiency of pumps, membranes and energy recovery devices have evolved. SafBon Water Technology (SWT) can help identify areas in an existing system that can be modified and improved upon to achieve a reduction in energy consumption, increased output and ease of operation. As production expands or regulations change there is often a need to increase wastewater treatment, produce more high purity water for consumption or reuse more water within facility. SWT has the experience to evaluate the current plant operating parameters and design additional systems to add on to existing equipment in order to meet the goals of the client. These are specialized approaches we take to an operating plant where we involve our process and mechanical engineers as well as our field service technicians and project managers to ensure we are taking all aspects of the process into account and work together to plan how to successfully integrate a new design. * Vessel and membrane replacements for reverse osmosis and Nanofiltration * MF/UF module replacement * Piping change out and replacement * Instrumentation and control upgrades and HMI interfacing * Addition and integration of energy recovery turbines and interstage boost pumps * Addition of prefiltration or post treatment systems [CC1]To be discussed [DT2]Deled by Martin
