The manufacturing and fabrication area at our Tampa, Florida headquarters covers approximately 22,000 square feet and is dedicated to efficient fabrication and assembly of systems, subsystems and components, as well as performing functional tests., In addition to our facility, we have numerous qualified and approved subcontractor facilities worldwide.

Structural Frame Fabrication/Welding (Picture)
Certified welders, MIG welding, TIG welding, stud welding, plasma torch cutting, mechanical saw cutting, frame material of aluminum, carbon or stainless steel
Pipe Fabrication & Welding
Certified welders; TIG welding including inert gas; plasma torch cutting; mechanical saw cutting; beveling, PMI and welding positioners; carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex SS, and super duplex SS
Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Panel Assembly
UL Certified clean panel assembly; Installation of panels and wire terminations on equipment; instrument calibration and testing; layout, mounting and assembly of PLC, HMI panels and enclosures
Mechanical Assembly
Layout and assembly of equipment; PVC spool fabrication (cut, prime, cement); Grooving (Victaulic style); Threading of PVC pipe; Skid and container mounted system installation
System Testing
Hydrostatic system testing; Functional testing, loop testing
